This Month's Featured Flavors:

FDI’s Featured Flavor for July is our deliciously sophisticated N/A Chocolate Cookie Cream Flavor. This heat and freeze/that stable liquid product imparts smooth dark chocolate notes soothed by overtones of vanilla and sweet cream, mimicking with remarkable accuracy a popular brand of sandwich cookie. Applications for this complexly nuanced flavor include use as an innovative coffee flavor, or as a tasty complement to sauces, candies, fondants, baked goods and beverages.

With dairy prices on the rise, this month we also feature our Natural Milk Type Flavor, a heat and freeze/thaw stable spray dried product that imparts the rich taste and creamy mouth feel of whole milk. This flavor is a perfect complement for bolstering the profile of any dairy application, for imparting a whole milk feel and flavor to low-fat products, or to boost the dairy notes in puddings, cakes, fillings or UHT milk.
