We ship UPS ground for minimal costs to the customer.
Our minimum invoice requirement is 2 gallons total of product.
Normally our turnaround is 5-8 business days. During our busy holiday season, manufacturing time can change to approximately 12-15 business days.
All of our customers are important to us. We handle our orders as they are put into our manufacturing schedule. Many of our more popular flavors are available for quicker shipping. Expedited shipping is always an option.
Our manufacturing and R&D labs are located in South Plainfield, New Jersey.
We offer a variety of packaging. Dry flavors are packed in 50/lb poly lined boxes as well as drums for larger quantities. Our liquid flavors are packaged in 2/lb, 8/lb, 25/lb, 40/lb, 120/lb, 240/lb and 440 drum sizes.
The most popular flavors in the United States are Hazelnut, French Vanilla, Caramel and Chocolate varieties.

We offer 1 ounce samples to our customers at no cost.
Our recommendation is 3% by weight for coffee application. It can be applied to the whole bean or onto the ground coffee. The dosage for black tea is also 3% by weight. However, green tea and herbals vary using between 4% – 7% by weight.

Yes, our Rabbinical service is OK Kosher Certification.
The label on our product will always indicate an allergen if the flavor contains one. The supporting SDS paperwork will also include this information.

Shelf life varies depending on the flavor. Most flavors typically are fresh for 9-12 months when stored properly.
Yes. SDS sheets should be filed in a place where all your employees are aware they can obtain them. They are sent with every sample and order from FDI. You only need to keep one copy and should refresh it annually.
Reference the SDS sheet for information on safety handling.
We make every effort to avoid using ingredients that cause this warning on the label. If you still see a warning you are concerned with, ask your salesperson if the flavor has been reformulated to remove it.
Do not discard the flavor or the packaging. Notify our customer service department as soon as possible so we can assist you with the claim and a new order.

Refer to the SDS Sheets. Most products can be diluted with water and poured down the sink.
Hazmat is regulated by the Department of transportation for ground shipments and IATA for air. The flash point of a liquid determines its packaging requirements for shipping. Our customer service professionals will advise on costs of special packaging for your specific shipment.
